The Farmhouse

Situated amidst the majestic boxwood hedges, this sprawling 18th century farmhouse offers captivating tales of Piedmont history and heritage. Modern touches and classic Virginian character and furnishings fuse seamlessly to create a sophisticated Virginia Farmhouse with no detail overlooked.

The Dining Room

Warm and inviting, the original dining room of The Farmhouse features wide plank pine floors, a wood burning fireplace and an abundance of natural light. This space is ideal for hosting intimate gatherings or for combining with nearby rooms for larger parties.

The Great Room

The largest entertaining space in The Farmhouse, The Great Room features a native Bull Run Mountain stone fireplace, chestnut colored pine floors, and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors looking out to the surrounding lawns and gardens. This space is ideal for large celebrations.

Sophisticated and cozy, The Library features a wall of bookcases displaying traditional Virginia treasures, a large bay window and chestnut colored pine floors. This space is ideal for a bar setup, cocktail mingling or as an additional dining room.

The Gallery

With Spanish terracotta tile floors and oversized arched windows overlooking The Terrace, The Gallery provides an effortlessly chic gathering space. This light-filled room adjoins the other three dining rooms, and can be used for both mingling and additional seating.

The Terrace

Comprised of native Bull Run Mountain stone and surrounded by statement trees and gardens, The Terrace can be accessed from both The Gallery and The Great Room. This space is ideal for an outdoor cocktail hour, or dinner al fresco.

Bridal Studio

This large, private, two room suite is equipped with two full bathrooms, ample closet and dressing space, three hair and makeup stations, and a well stocked bar with champagne, wine, coffee and snacks. Vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows let in an abundance of natural light and offers sweeping views of the property below.

The Guest House

Three adjoined 18th century log cabins, recently stuccoed, create a guest house like no other. Heart pine floors, plaster walls, period hardware, beamed ceilings and cozy rooms offer guests a true taste of Virginia charm.

The Living Room

Charming and inviting, the living room of The Guest House features plank pine floors, beamed ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace.

The Study

Light and airy, the study in The Guest House features a wood-burning fireplace, seating for work and rest and tasteful Virginian furnishings.

The Kitchen

Small but mighty, this true chef’s kitchen features double ovens, a gas range and sub-zero refrigerator.

The Dining Room

Authentically Hunt Country, the dining room features low-beamed ceilings and traditional English antiques.

Bedroom One

A private staircase from the living room leads to bedroom one with a king bed and bathroom with tub and shower. 

Bedroom Two

A hidden staircase off of the study leads to bedroom two featuring a queen poster bed and fireplace.
